What is the value of a support agreement and how to get the most out of it? We spoke to Renè Slott, IT Coordinator at DCC Energi Danmark, about the benefits of the company’s Service Level Agreement with Tabellae – and why the support has helped “lift” their work.
About DCC Energy
DCC Energy started as an oil supplier in 2009, but has evolved into a large energy company with fuels, lubricants, natural gas and wood pellets.
The company supplies most of Denmark, including private households, agriculture, industry and commerce, airports, ships and harbors, and motorists. In addition, DCC Energy operates the network of Shell gas stations in Denmark.
Why did you choose to enter into a Service Level Agreement with Tabellae?
“We did this to ensure the possibility of fast support. The value of the SLA is great, as it’s crucial for us to know when we can expect a problem to be resolved. It also makes it easier to plan other tasks when we know that we can complete our support tasks within a manageable timeframe.

How important is it for you to back up your Lasernet license?
“If something goes wrong and we need a copy of our data, it’s great to know that Tabellae does back up. It definitely gives you a sense of security,” concludes Renè Slott.
